Math Across the Disciplines
Math Across the Disciplines - Math applies to almost every subject, and it’s amazing how easy it is to incorporate it into a lesson plan that is not specifically about math. You can calculate the angle of the sun and the speed of the Earth's rotation when you are teaching students about the seasons. You can discuss the frequency and speed of sound waves during music class. Or you can figure out your class's average reaction time.
